We understand that emergencies come up. If you need to reschedule a lesson or practice test, please be informed of the following:
A no-show or cancelation within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson is a forfeited lesson. It will cost an additional $25/hr to remake a lesson. There is no charge to reschedule a lesson with more than 24 hours notice.
During parts of the year, we can be booked 1-3 weeks out; please allow for flexibility in any last-minute rescheduling requests.
If your current coach does not have any matching times to remake the lesson, we recommend you reschedule with a substitute instructor. All PrepNorthwest coaches are experts in the material and prep thoroughly for each student.
If we are at capacity, we can place you on a wait list and notify you of any openings.
